Privacy:
Comprable.net informs that the data given by the user will only be used to facilitate the purchase process of the offered products and to provide information about them or related questions.
The information will not be transfered to others and will only be treated by the people who manage comprable.net.
The user is responsible for the truth of the information given by him and may change it or remove it if he wishes through his account or through e-mail communication.
If the user does not want to receive e-mails from us, the option may be selected in his account or it may be asked for through e-mail.
Conditions:
The seller will not be responsible if a product has not been delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The products will be sent once the payment has been received. The prices include V.A.T. and only payments in USA dollars and Euros will be accepted.
Comprable.net will not be responsible of taxes, fees or other expenses outside of Spain. Also will not be responsible of delays caused by customhouses.
In case of conflict, the spanish law will be the law to adjudge, and the courts in Zaragoza the ones with the competence.
